I found this out at IMDB and wrote an email to the production studio and they confirmed that Rachel will be starring in the movie Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer, a horror movie slated for a 2007 release. I will be emailing them for more info. Here is the website for the movie and for the producers. Shooting starts in less than a week.

I looked at the pics on IMDB and it looks moore like a parody of a horor movie....
What kind of role is she playing? it seems like it's a supporting character

She's playing the girl friend to the hero, so yes she doesn't have a big role. The movie was shot in like a months time so it's not a biggie.

The press release has gone out for her new movie Jack Brooks Monster Slayer and in it there is a mention that Rachel graduated Queens with a double major in English Literature and Classical Studies. As well it says she also appeared in the movie American Pie Presents Beta House though IMDB doesn't list her. You have to download the PDF to read the press release.
